New rules for entering the Italian territory for COVID-19 measures by March 2022
We inform that according to the order of the Ministry of Health of February 22, 2022, from March 1 until March 31, 2022 will be allowed to enter Italy by presenting:
- Digital Passenger Locator Form (PLF) in digital or paper format;
- green Covid-19 certification (certificate of vaccination, certificate of cure or molecular test(PCR) or negative antigen test) or other certification of vaccination recognized as equivalent (see link to the text of Article 9, paragraph 2, of Decree Law No. 52 of 22 April 2021).
If one of the above certifications is not presented, the quarantine measure is applied for a period of 5 days, with the obligation to undergo a molecular test (PCR) or antigenic test at the end of the period.
Exemptions continue to apply for the specific categories mentioned in article 2 of the Ordinance. (see link to the text of the ordinance - last two pages)
