Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions govern the provision of the services of TRAMITE ITALIA SL to clients who request them through the website, by email or by telephone, and supplement the provisions of the accepted quotation.

Quotation and conclusion of the contract

• At the client's request, the Firm sends by email a quotation describing the service, the documentation required, the fees and the third-party costs.
• The contract is concluded upon the client's acceptance of the quotation, communicated by email, and the Firm sends confirmation thereof on a durable medium.

Prices

• Fees are stated in the quotation exclusive of VAT, which is shown separately.
• Consular fees, stamp duties, translations and other third-party costs are stated in the quotation and, unless the quotation declares them to be included, are borne by the client.
• The payment methods and terms are those stated in the quotation.

Performance of the service

• The Firm provides the service with the required professional diligence, on the basis of the documentation and information supplied by the client, who warrants their accuracy.
• Decisions on applications rest with the competent authorities. The Firm undertakes to handle the application diligently, but cannot guarantee its outcome or timing, which depend on the public offices.
• Any timescales stated in the quotation are estimates based on the practice of the competent offices.

Right of withdrawal

• A client acting as a consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of its conclusion, without giving any reason, by notifying legal@tramiteitalia.com.
• If the client expressly requests that the service begin during the withdrawal period and subsequently withdraws, the client must pay for the part of the service already provided.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been fully performed, if performance began with the client's express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal would be lost once the service had been completed.
• Sums paid to third parties on the client's behalf (fees, stamp duties, consular charges) are non-refundable once paid.

Complaints, applicable law and jurisdiction

Complaints may be submitted to legal@tramiteitalia.com or at the Firm's office, where the official hojas de reclamaciones (complaint forms) are available. The contract is governed by Spanish law; disputes with consumers fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer's place of domicile.
