The process to get my Italian passport was made really easy by Antonio, everything was made very clear and communication was good.
Excellent service from Andrea and Tramite Italia. Andrea has been incredibly helpful, professional and efficient throughout the whole process. Communication has been excellent, she has always responded quickly to any questions, and she kept me updated along the way. We needed a new Italian birth certificate quite urgently and she arranged everything for us and sent the digital copy as soon as it was available. They were a great help in the process, as not living in Italy is exactly what you need. One area for improvement is that if you don't call and stay on top of things, at least in my experience, it didn't move as quickly as it could have, which caused some delays. My application was processed from November 2025 to February 2026. Understanding that Italian municipalities can be opaque with updates and communication, you pay for the service to ensure things are done as quickly and transparently as possible since you can't handle it directly. Aside from that, everything was fine. Every time I called, I received a response, and they tried to expedite things.
I want to express my sincere gratitude for all the help you provided during the passport renewal process. I greatly appreciate your dedication and, above all, your patience with me at every step of the process. Thanks to your support and professionalism, the process was much easier and more manageable.
