International procedures

In addition to Italian and Spanish procedures, Tramite Italia assists its clients with certain procedures before the authorities of other countries that are frequently required by persons residing in Spain: Argentine documents and the United States FBI criminal record certificate.

Areas of practice

• Immigration matters in Spain (Extranjería): NIE, residence, family reunification, Spanish nationality and other procedures before the Spanish authorities, described in the section Spanish immigration procedures.
• Argentine procedures: renewal of the Argentine passport and DNI at the consulate with jurisdiction over the applicant's place of residence in Spain.
• FBI criminal record certificate: the United States federal criminal record certificate, with apostille and sworn translation, for proceedings in Spain and in Italy.
