The Firm reviews the case and sends a detailed, no-obligation quote setting out fees, third-party costs and the documents required. A reply normally arrives within 24 working hours.

What to include in the request

• The procedure needed: for example citizenship, a certificate, a passport, residence or a translation.
• The country of residence and, for consular matters, the consulate covering that address.
• The documents already held (records, certificates, passport) and any already applied for.
• Any deadlines that must be met.

How it works

• The quote arrives by email, with the list of documents required.
• If it is accepted, the Firm starts the procedure and handles each step with the competent authorities.
• Progress is reported until the document is delivered.

The quote is free and carries no obligation. Fees are stated exclusive of VAT, which is shown separately, and third-party costs (consular fees, stamp duty, translations) are listed separately.
