Tramite Italia arranges, through professional translators with whom it works on a regular basis, the translation of documents from any language into Spanish, by means of a sworn translation valid before the Spanish authorities, and from any language into Italian, by means of an asseverated translation for the Italian authorities, as well as professional translations between Italian, Spanish, English and French.
Translations from any language
- Into Spanish, for use in Spain: sworn translation (traducción jurada) of documents drawn up in any language, carried out by a sworn translator appointed by the Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores and authorised for the source language. A sworn translation has official status in Spain without the need for further legalisation.
- Into Italian, for use in Italy: sworn (asseverated) translation (traduzione asseverata) of documents drawn up in any language, with the translator's oath sworn before the clerk of the court or a notary and, where required, legalisation or apostille at the Procura della Repubblica (Public Prosecutor's Office).

The form of translation accepted is determined by the office receiving the document. Before proceeding, the Firm verifies which translation is required, so as to avoid unnecessary costs and delays.
When translation is not necessary
- Multilingual extracts of civil status records (Vienna Convention of 1976), to which both Italy and Spain are parties, are drawn up on standard forms in several languages.
- For certain public documents exchanged between Member States (birth, marriage, death, residence, citizenship, absence of a criminal record and others), Regulation (EU) 2016/1191 allows a standard multilingual form to be attached in place of a translation, where the receiving authority considers it sufficient.

- Financial translations: financial statements, audit reports, investment fund documentation.
- Technical translations: manuals, user guides, technical and scientific documentation.
